The Richard Group has earned a reputation for taking a hands-on approach to building semi-custom homes that exceed the home buyers' expectations.
Richard has had an active role in the development of 15 communities and nearly 1,000 homes during his career. While this experience was vital in bringing the Seven Lakes community to the point of groundbreaking, his design intuition and construction skills are essential ingredients as the community begins to unfold.
Bryan has a degree in construction management. He began working with his father Richard in 2003. This dynamic family team has enjoyed a successful collaboration for several years and look forward to working toward the same goal for many years to come.
